Ibrahim is one of the founding partners of the Firm. He has several years of legal experience and he is admitted to practice as an Advocate in Uganda. His areas of practice cover Transaction Advisory, Securities and Capital Markets, Corporate Structuring and Finance, Mergers and Acquisitions, Project Planning, Finance and Procurement, Trade Law, Foreign Investment Advisory, Insolvency and Debt Recovery, Commercial Transactions and Banking.

Ibrahim received his LL.B with honours from Makerere University and his Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre, Kampala. He went on to receive his Master of Laws degrees from the prestigious New York University School of Law (NYU) and from the highly reputable National University of Singapore (NUS). |
